I bought a couple of these training videos thinking I’d get some actual coaching insight, like clear tips on what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. But it felt basic and kind of scattered. Mostly just drills, not much real explanation. It almost made me wonder if they keep the useful stuff hidden somewhere else so you have to keep paying for more. Didn’t really help my lessons much, so I probably wouldn’t buy again.

I wasn’t really happy with my order from oncourtoffcourt.com. The site itself was easy enough to use, so at first I thought everything would be fine, but after that the whole process felt slower and a bit more disorganized than I expected.

Shipping took longer than I thought it would, and trying to get a clear answer was kind of frustrating. Maybe I’m being a little too picky, but for the price, I expected a smoother experience. I don’t think I’d order from them again

My order showed up on time, which was nice, but one of the items came in the wrong size. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it’s definitely annoying. I expected everything to be checked before shipping, and now I kind of feel like I can’t fully trust them to get the details right next time

The return info wasn’t really clear to me, and the replies took kinda long. I felt like I kept asking the same thing over just to figure out what I was supposed to do next.

It did get sorted eventually, but by then I was already annoyed with the whole thing. The products might be good, but the return and exchange process really needs to be easier.

I ordered from OnCourt OffCourt thinking the higher price would mean I was getting something really solid, but I came away disappointed.

The gear itself is okay, not junk or anything, but nothing about it felt special enough to justify the price. Once shipping and the final total were added in, it felt like way too much for what showed up. I think companies charging these prices need to be more upfront about the value they’re actually providing.

Maybe it makes sense for bigger clubs with bigger budgets, but as a regular player/coach, I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth. I wouldn’t order again unless the pricing came way down or they did a better job standing behind why it costs so much.

I was just trying to order some gear, but the website was frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t seem to work the way you’d expect, and checkout kept shifting around on my phone. I had to restart the order twice, and at that point I gave up. The products might be perfectly fine, but if the site makes it this much of a hassle to buy them, it’s hard to justify sticking with it.

I was hoping to find a decent range of tennis training gear, but the selection felt limited. A few things I was looking for either weren’t available at all or only had one choice, that part was weird.

It might be fine if you just need something basic, but it didn’t really work for what I needed. I got frustrated quickly and ended up checking other sites that had more options.

I ordered some training gear from Oncourt Offcourt, it started feeling cheap quickly. After just a handful of normal uses, it was already showing wear, and one part looks like it could break soon. I’ve used similar gear that other people at my club have, and theirs seems to hold up way better, so this was disappointing for the price. I was expecting something sturdier and probably wouldn’t order from them again.

Emailed twice about my order. No reply. Just needed a quick answer. Really annoying. I won’t order again.
